Instabox - Reusable Packaging Prototype

{Industrial Design + Sustainability} I created a sustainable packaging solution for a start-up based in Sweden called InstaBox. Instabox essentially runs thousands of multi-purpose locker stations around Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands. With InstaBox, you can send your bicycle home if you cycled to work and decided to go out with some friends, and take a train home later. You can send a house key to a friend in another town, who will watch your flat - in a hour. Their biggest customer is H&M, now doing all of their online deliveries via their platform and lockers. Sweden is also aiming to cease the use of wasteful packaging in the coming years, which prompted the need to create sustainable packaging for their operation. The need was something that was unique, fun to use, simple, the function was easily discoverable and straight-forward - and the box would essentially circulate forever.

All industrial and product design was done myself. Instabox posed an interesting challenge being 9 hours ahead in Stockholm, Sweden.
